Enjoy your Italian is regularly insured. However, it is not responsible for any injuries related to misusing kitchen utensils and being exposed to hot surfaces/heat sources. Please be careful with:
Dropping liquids to avoid that the floor gets slippery.
Dropping utensils: As per event description, please wear fully enclosed shoes for your own safety.
Food/utensils handling: Please always wash your hands before handling food and make sure the benchtop & utensils are clean and safe to use. Gloves provided: if wearing nail polish / have a cut on your finger, please use them.
Heat coming from the stove or other heat sources. Please always stay at a safe distance.
Hair: As per event description, please pull your hair back/up to keep it from falling into food.
GF: As mentioned in the event description, we make potato gnocchi with flour, and Sardinian gnocchi with semolina as per tradition to guarantee the best outcome.
VE and VG options available only upon request at the time of booking.
