Pasta Making Parties

Knead, Laugh, and Enjoy a Beautiful Dish

Do you want to have a memorable experience with your family or friends?

Do you have a special occasion to celebrate such as a birthday?

Put your funny bunch together and join an awesome Italian Chef and an experienced Italian teacher in a unique journey! Make a delicious pasta dish while having loads of fun learning Italian the fun way.

Choose between Tagliatelle/ Ravioli/ Two-type Gnocchi/ Pizza (coming very soon!)

 

PLACE: We can run it either at your place or at a hired venue (Mandurah or Perth). 

TIMES: Propose 2-3 different dates and please try to give us a minimum of 5-week notice for a hired venue (so that we can find a suitable one for you), and at least 3-week notice for running it at your place (which we'll need to see first).

LEVEL: Beginner-friendly. You just need to be an Italian food & culture enthusiast!
 

YOU'LL GET:

• Welcome snacks + Soft drinks and Water (Hired venue only)


• Dish recipes & Chef Franco special tips (Emailed to you after the class)


• Italian Notes: everyday conversation and food related vocabulary with Teacher Sara's practical method (Hard copy + Emailed). 


• Enjoy your delicious dish. Buon Appetito!

• An Italian "wow moment" for your special event such as the "Tanti auguri" birthday song, a Birthday candle on the dish, Birthday hats, an Italian Birthday card. Any of these will need to be agreed at the time of booking.

DURATION: 3-hour experience. If having it at your place, please note that we'll need a total of 5 hours (including setting and cleaning up).

DISH INGREDIENTS:

  • Egg Tagliatelle: Flour, Eggs, Passata, Onion, Basil, Cheese, Beef mince. *VEG option without meat available upon request at the time of booking.

  • Egg Ravioli: Flour, Eggs, Ricotta & Spinach / Pumpkin & Mild Goat Cheese filling, cooked with Sage & Butter, Cheese, Truffle paste.

  • Gnocchi (2 types): Potato gnocchi - Potatoes, Flour, Semolina, Passata, Onion, Basil, Cheese.  Tricolour Sardinian Gnocchi - Semolina, Saffron, Tomato paste, Spinach, Pork sausage, Red wine, Passata, Onion, Basil, Cheese. *VEG option without meat available upon request at the time of booking.​​

 

PLEASE NOTE: To make Tagliatelle, Ravioli, and Potato Gnocchi we use a traditional flour to guarantee the best outcome possible. 

WHAT TO BRING: Nothing! All cooking materials provided including an apron lent to you for the class duration. If having it at your place, you may want to provide snacks & wine if you wish to have more than just the dish we'll make. (We'll bring plates, cutlery, napkins, cooking tools, cleaning products, and - if necessary- our wooden tables).

SAFETY: Please wear fully enclosed flat shoes for your own safety, and put your hair back to avoid hair falling into the food.

ALCOHOL (HIRED VENUES):

If you choose to host your party at a hired venue, you may be able to BYO wine depending on the venue.

MINORS: Any minor must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Required minimum age to attend cooking classes is 7 years old.

FEES:

  • Hired venue - $1,100 (Max.10 people)

  • Your place - $900  (Max.10 people)

*An extra 2 attendees might be accommodated at the additional cost of $50 per person.​

**Once the date and time are confirmed, you'll receive an invoice due upon receipt for the agreed time slot and class type.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your event within 5 weeks, you'll get a 75% refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks, you get a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations and refunds are per group.
