A Unique Experience for Your Funny Bunch

Would you like to have a memorable experience with your family and friends? Put a group together and join an awesome Italian Chef and an experienced Italian teacher in a unique journey! You'll get to make a delicious dish while having loads of fun learning to speak Italian in a unique class (Beginner-friendly). Celebrating something? We can tailor the class to your special occasion.

Choose between a Tagliatelle/ Ravioli/ 2-type Gnocchi class.

 

Venues we can hire for your group:

  • Perth City Farm (Ground floor)

  • Lakelands Community House (Mandurah - Ground floor). 

  • Seaside Share Place (Madora Bay - Ground floor)

*Alternative venues may be picked according to availability.

*We can come to you place if suitable for a class - We'll need to see the space first. 

TIMES: Please propose 2-3 different dates, and try to give us a 5-week notice so that we can get organized, especially if we need to hire a venue for you.

LEVEL: Beginner-friendly for both the cooking and the Italian speaking.
 

YOU GET:

• Welcome snacks + soft drinks (Hired venues only)
• Dish Recipes & Chef Special Tips: you'll be emailed them after the class.
• Italian Notes: everyday conversation + food related vocabulary with Teacher Sara's practical method (Hard copy + emailed afterwards). 
• Eat your dish. Buon Appetito!

• Is this a Special occasion? You can add an Italian "wow moment" to your event (e.g. surprise the birthday person in a fun way) - To be agreed at the time of booking.

All cooking materials are provided, including an apron lent to you for the class duration.

​MINORS: Any minor must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Required minimum age to attend cooking classes is 7 years old.

 

INGREDIENTS INFO:

  • Egg Tagliatelle: Flour, eggs, tomato sauce & beef mince. VEG option without meat is available upon request at the time of booking.

  • Egg Ravioli: Flour, ricotta & spinach / pumpkin & mild goat cheese filling, cooked with sage and butter.

  • Gnocchi (2 types): Potato gnocchi - Potatoes, Flour, Tomato sauce. Sardinian Gnocchi - Semolina, Saffron, Pork sausage, Tomato sauce. *VEG option without meat is available upon request at the time of booking.​​

 

To make Tagliatelle, Ravioli, and Potato Gnocchi, we use a traditional flour to guarantee the best outcome. 

ALCOHOL:

  • Lakelands Community House: Alcohol-free venue.

  • Seaside Share Place: Alcohol-free venue.

  • Perth City Farm: BYO wine (Ask us for advice about your wine choice depending on the dish).

SAFETY:

Please wear fully enclosed flat shoes for your own safety.
Please tie back your hair to keep it from falling into food.

FEE: $1,000 Hired venue / $800 Home (Group of max.12 ppl.)

Please note: Once the date and time are confirmed, you will receive an Invoice due upon receipt for the agreed time slot and type of class.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your event within 5 weeks, you get a 75% refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks, you get a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations and refunds are per group, not per person.
