Here is our Gnocchi and Gestures Class! An awesome mix of flavors, laughter, and Italian language. Join an experienced Italian teacher (Sara) and a passionate Italian Chef (Franco) in a unique experience! You'll get to make both potato Gnocchi and Tri-color Sardinian Gnocchi from scratch while having loads of fun learning Italian conversation and gestures. Then you'll have your Gnocchi cooked by the Chef to enjoy with the other attendees! TIME: Sunday the 25th of May (9:00 -11:30 am) PLACE: Seaside Share Place (3 Rapallo Grove, Madora Bay WA 6210 - Ground floor). When you get there, please access the venue from the gate. YOU'LL GET: • Welcome snacks & soft drinks. • Dish Recipes & Chef Tips emailed to you afterwards. • Italian Conversation Gesture notes (Hard copy + emailed to you afterwards). • Both your Gnocchi Dishes: Buon appetito! *All cooking materials provided, including an apron lent to you for the class duration. INGREDIENTS: Gnocchi: Potatoes, Flour, Egg, Tomato sauce. Tri-color Sardinian Gnocchi: Semolina, Saffron (a hint- white gnocchi), Tomato paste (a hint - red gnocchi), Spinach (a hint - green gnocchi), Pork sausage, Tomato sauce. *V and VG options available only upon request at the time of booking. Please note: Despite we do everything in our power to try to eliminate cross contamination, we can’t guarantee zero cross contamination as all food is cooked in the same kitchen. LEVEL: Beginner-friendly from both the cooking and the Italian language point of view. GIFT IDEA: Free tailored e-vouchers available. Additional free car park at the corner of Rapallo Grove and Delray Loop (approx. 100 mt from the Seaside Share Place) SAFETY: Please wear fully enclosed shoes, and please tie back your hair to keep it from falling into food.
