Got a pizza oven and don't know how to use it?
You don't have a pizza oven and still wish to learn how to make great pizza?
Chef Franco will come to your place and teach you how to make restaurant-style pizza using your oven or our mobile professional pizza oven.
You will make delicious pizza with your family or friends while having loads of fun!
We can also just provide fresh pizzas, baked on the spot for your private party.

TIMES: Propose 2-3 different dates and please try to give us a minimum of 2-week notice.
YOU WILL:

• Receive complete pizza recipes & Chef Franco special tips (emailed to you after class)
DURATION: 2-hour experience. Please note that we'll need a total of 4 hours (1 hour to set up, and 1 hour to clean up).
PIZZA MAIN INGREDIENTS:
Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Pizza sauce, Mozzarella.
Choose your toppings under a limited range (Please check with
us at the time of booking)
PLEASE NOTE: To make Pizza, we use wheat flour to guarantee the best outcome possible. (GF not available, Sorry).
MATERIALS: All cooking materials including a professional oven, a marble table, pizza boards, and aprons lent to you for the class duration are provided. Please note: you may want to provide snacks & wine if you wish to have more than just the pizzas you'll make.
SAFETY: Please wear fully enclosed flat shoes for your own safety, and put your hair back to avoid hair falling into the food.
MINORS: Any minor must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Required minimum age to attend cooking classes is 7 years old.
FEES:
Starting from 500$
**Once the date and time are confirmed, you'll receive an invoice due upon receipt for the agreed time slot and class type.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your event within 5 weeks, you'll get a 75% refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks, you get a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations and refunds are per group.
