Interactive Demonstration
Chef Franco and Teacher Sara can’t wait to meet you at their Tagliatelle and Ravioli interactive demonstrations on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th of March at the amazing Free Event Coogee Live 2025!
You will get shown how to make delicious Tagliatelle pasta from scratch with a Beef Ragù sauce (Day 1), and how to make beautiful Ravioli with a Pumpkin & Mild Goat Cheese filling, dressed with Butter and Sage (Day 2).
You will be given the opportunity to have a go at making pasta, plus you will be taught bits of Italian conversation related to food.
A few tastings of pasta will be handed out at the end of each interactive demonstration. Plus, you will be able to take home the original recipes and the Italian notes.
This experience is totally beginner-friendly and also perfect for anyone who loves pasta and the Italian language & culture.
